What is covered?
CADIE provides a full three year warranty on all carts. From the date of original purchase, they will provide, free of charge, parts and labour to repair or replace any part of the unit that fails because of manufacturing defect. If the cart is defective, the product will be repaired or replaced at Cadie's option, without charge. However, please not that registration and proof of original purchase date is needed to obtain service under warranty. Should you need service during the warranty period or beyond, contact our customer service department.
What is not covered?
CADIE is not responsible for, and this warranty does not cover accidental damage, abuse, improper handling, repairs made by unauthorized persons, or failure of the product due to use other than its intented purpose. Nor does warranty extend to normal wear and tear on tires, grips and bag straps. This warranty specifically excludes claims for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
